This program gives every CDI employee a simple, structured way to share ideas that can help make our workplace safer, more efficient, and stronger every day.

What Is Voice to Value?

Voice to Value is CDI’s internal idea-submission program. It allows employees to submit observations, concerns, and improvement ideas related to:

Safety
Quality
Operational efficiency
Continuous improvement
Human Resources
Employee experience

You do not need to have a complete solution. You only need to share what you see.

Why It Matters

Many improvements begin with a single observation. Voice to Value exists to make sure those observations do not get lost.

Every submission is reviewed by the CDI leadership team. More importantly, every submission receives a response. Listening is only meaningful when it leads to action or feedback.

How It Works

Complete the Voice to Value submission form.
Select the area your idea relates to.
Share your thoughts or observations.
Submit your idea.

That’s it.

Your submission is automatically logged and routed internally for review.

What Happens After You Submit

Once submitted:

Your idea is reviewed by the appropriate internal team.
Leadership evaluates the feedback and determines next steps.
You will receive a response with feedback or follow-up.

This process ensures accountability and transparency throughout the review.
